What a promise from the Lord!! In a world that is physically, politically and spiritually shaken, we need - we must have - His solid foundation. Something that doesn't change, that is absolute in its truth. Immutable, immovable. We have that in the Word of God. Psalm 33, verse 4 reads, For the word of the Lord holds true, and we can trust everything he does. So let's do that.

Father,
           We pray Your Word - We put our hope in You, Lord. You are our help and our shield. In You our hearts rejoice, for we trust in Your holy Name. Let Your unfailing love surround us, Lord, for our hope is in You alone. In Jesus' Name we pray. Amen
